AGB<\/h1>\n

Minimum order quantity:<\/strong>
1 spool or 1 skein, depending on presentation. No small quantity surcharges will be applied.<\/p>\n

Weight specifications:<\/strong>
The standard weights given may vary slightly for textiles depending on humidity. We reserve a tolerance of +\/- 5 %. The cylindrical cardboard tubes are part of the goods. In the case of presentation on cones, the net weight is determined and charged.<\/p>\n

Complaints:<\/strong>
Please register within 8 days of receipt.<\/p>\n

Exchange:<\/strong>
Is possible after consultation with us. We charge a handling fee of 10 % of the value of the goods, at least Euro 8.00, for returns that have not been agreed upon.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment:<\/strong>
30 days net from date of invoice. For deliveries outside Germany, advance payment applies for first-time customers.<\/p>\n

Shipping Germany:<\/strong>
From an order value of Euro 500.- the delivery is free of postage. Below this amount, the shipping costs listed under the menu item “Costs”<\/a> will apply.<\/p>\n

Subsequent deliveries:<\/strong>
Within Germany, subsequent deliveries are free of postage. For subsequent deliveries to other EU countries, the subsequent delivery will be agreed upon, as these are not free of postage.<\/p>\n
